Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper awarded scholarships to 100 students

At the ceremony, 100 students who are children of Cham, Raglay and other ethnic minorities in Ninh Thuan province were awarded scholarships worth 2 million VND each, taken from the "Scholarship Program to support ethnic minority and poor students".

The students who received the scholarships all come from difficult circumstances and are ethnic minority children in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and 6 districts in Ninh Thuan. According to the school's Board of Directors, despite many difficulties in life, they have made efforts to excel in their studies.

Also at the program, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper donated 50 million VND to the Ninh Thuan Province Association for Promotion of Education.

The total value of the scholarship awarding ceremony in Ninh Thuan on this occasion is 250 million VND, taken from the Program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority and poor students", with the support of businesses.

At the ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of the Lao Dong Newspaper To Dinh Tuan said that up to now, the "Scholarship Program to support ethnic minority and poor students" has awarded more than 11.7 billion VND across the country. Of which, in Ninh Thuan province, the program has awarded a total of 490 million VND.

Editor-in-Chief of the Lao Dong Newspaper, To Dinh Tuan, said: Along with the scholarship program, the "Pride of the National Flag" program has also deployed national flag lines and medical bags in all provinces and cities nationwide. Up to now, the newspaper has awarded more than 1.9 million flags in all provinces and cities nationwide.
