People should proactively update the daily Air Quality Index (AQI) on: the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment 's website; and the local Department of Natural Resources and Environment's website. PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO PROTECT HEALTH : + Wear a standard face mask when going outside + Clean your house and keep your living space well-ventilated + Limit the use of honeycomb charcoal and burning straw + Plant trees around your house + Avoid cigarette smoke + Have regular health checkups + People in sensitive groups should limit exposure to sources of pollution (roads, construction sites, etc.) 
AQI INDEX TO NOTE:
AQI 0-50 (GOOD): Good air quality, no health risks.
AQI 51–100 (Moderate): People with sensitivities should reduce their time outdoors.
AQI 101–150 (Poor) Reduce outdoor activity. Cleanse nose and throat with saline solution. Students should limit strenuous outdoor activities.
AQI 151–200 (Bad) Minimize outdoor activities. Keep windows closed during peak pollution hours. Prioritize public transportation.
AQI 201–300 (Very Bad) Avoid outdoor activities . If you must go outside, wear a mask to protect against fine dust (PM2.5).
AQI 301–500 (Hazardous) Stay indoors, keep doors closed . Sensitive individuals should absolutely not go outside . If symptoms appear: Cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, fever, rhinitis, pharyngitis… → go to a medical facility immediately for examination and advice. - The Nghe An Department of Health requests that people seriously implement the above measures to protect their own health and the community.
