HAGL wants to find the first victory
After 6 rounds, HAGL and Thanh Hoa Club are the two rare teams that have not known victory in V-League 2025 - 2026. It is understandable that this achievement has temporarily placed them in the bottom two positions at this point.
In round 7, HAGL will have a trip away that is theoretically not easy at all at Lach Tray Stadium - where Coach Chu Dinh Nghiem's Hai Phong Club is very strong with 2 wins and 1 draw against the top team Ninh Binh FC, helping them collect 7/8 available points.
However, HAGL has certain supports to confidently aim for points, even winning all 3 points to get the first victory in V-League 2025 - 2026, thereby temporarily escaping the "red light" area at the bottom of the table.
Coach Le Quang Trai believes the young HAGL will soon have victory.

In recent confrontations at Lach Tray Stadium, HAGL has won and lost, but every time they encounter the most difficult situations, they know how to rise up at the right time to get points against Hai Phong Club with 2 draws and 1 win since 2021.
Regain your confidence
More importantly, HAGL is playing better with each match, much better than at the beginning of the season when they were crushed 0-3 by Becamex TP.HCM in the opening match. In the last 3 matches, Coach Le Quang Trai's students only lost 1 and had 3 draws, only conceding 2 goals, including 2 consecutive draws.
In round 6 before the FIFA Days in October, HAGL played very well against SLNA at Pleiku Arena despite being held to a 1-1 draw. Minh Tam's opening of the goal account for HAGL in the previous match can be seen as an "unlock".

That goal helped the strikers of the mountain town team to reduce a lot of pressure from the only team that had not scored a goal in the V-League this season. This will be the motivation for HAGL to confidently earn points, or even win at Lach Tray.
Another source of confidence is that this season HAGL is playing very well in their trips to the North, when they held Hanoi FC to a 0-0 draw in round 2 and PVF-CAND to a 0-0 draw in round 5. This shows that Coach Le Quang Trai's young players are not weak when traveling away from home.

Tran Trung Kien was the main referee in Vietnam's victory over Nepal.

Goalkeeper Trung Kien (1.91 m tall) played well, keeping a clean sheet on his debut for the Vietnam national team in a 1-0 win over Nepal. Center back Quang Kiet also had two good matches for the U.23 Vietnam team against the U.23 Qatar team, and Tran Gia Bao was included in the top 60 "prodigies" voted by The Guardian .
That will be a great encouragement and motivation for the youngest team in V-League 2025 - 2026 to confidently aim for the first victory, against Hai Phong Club, which owns many players who once played for HAGL such as Viet Hung, Hoang Nam...
