The Vietnamese women's team holds the record of winning 4 consecutive SEA Games gold medals from 2017 to present. That is also a record of winning 8 gold medals at the regional tournament.
Not to mention, Vietnamese women's football also made history when it won a ticket to the 2023 Women's World Cup in New Zealand for the first time.
But to be able to bring back those glories for Vietnamese football, Vietnamese girls have had to make a lot of efforts and sacrifices. Besides hours of training and competing under the hot sun, injuries and the "destruction" of women's beauty are inevitable.
But not all fans can see the silent endurance and sacrifice of the female soccer players.
They only see the brave runs, the beautiful goals, the fights or saves, and the glory on the medal podium.

Therefore, the recent sharing of hotgirl left-back of Vietnam women's team Hoang Thi Loan on her personal Facebook about her calloused feet has received the sharing and encouragement of many people.
"Looking back, it's been 17 years of being attached to the ball, and now I have golden calluses on my feet," the 30-year-old girl wrote.
"The feet do not match the face," a fan commented. It sounds a bit harsh, but it is very true because Hoang Thi Loan is the beauty queen of the Vietnamese women's team.
Hoang Thi Loan's golden calloused feet have received the sharing and admiration of many fans. "Others have golden hands, but Loan has truly golden feet", "Painful yet proud - those feet have created many glorious moments for Vietnamese women's football"...

Earlier in early September, Hoang Thi Loan shared a picture of her bruised face. It forced her to apply ice after an injury while playing for the Hanoi Women's Club in the 2025 National Women's Football Championship.
"Every time I compete in hot weather, my spirit never goes down. It only makes my beauty go down," Loan humorously shared.
Yellow calloused feet and a bruised face are not the only memories of Hoang Thi Loan when she came to her passion for football.
I say that because many other times, she was seriously injured and had to try very hard to return to the field and continue living her passion.
Now Loan is training with the Vietnamese women's team in Hanoi to prepare for the gold medal campaign at the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand later this year.
Hopefully, Loan and her teammates will continue to write golden history for Vietnamese women's football.
