This person said there was confusion here, affecting the Dutch Lady milk brand.
"The violating company has the common name "Holland", which makes many people confused. In fact, these are two separate companies.
In particular, the Dutch Lady milk brand is liquid milk, while the Dutch Milk Joint Stock Company produces and sells fake milk in powdered form," he pointed out.
Faced with confusing information from consumers, to avoid confusion, the Vietnam Dairy Association also has opinions and information to distinguish products.
This association informed that the Dutch Dairy Joint Stock Company is a Vietnamese company (address at 335 Tran Cung, Co Nhue 1 ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi ) with a factory in Chi Linh city. Hai Duong province is not a member of the Vietnam Dairy Association.
This company is completely unrelated to the Dutch Lady milk brand.
"FrieslandCampina Vietnam Co., Ltd. produces and supplies liquid milk products under the Dutch Lady brand.
Includes nutritional formula products, formula milk, yogurt, nutritional drinks, condensed milk, condensed cream, and other products for businesses.

Previously, information from the Ministry of Public Security stated that Mr. Nguyen Trung Vuong, General Director of the Netherlands Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, was prosecuted and temporarily detained to investigate the crime of "producing and trading in counterfeit food products".
According to many consumers, this poor quality milk product has the same name as "Ha Lan", making it difficult for the public to distinguish, leading to skepticism and confusion with the familiar Dutch Lady milk brand in the milk market in Vietnam.
