Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Club introduces new player Nguyen Trong Hung, born in 1997 in Thanh Hoa . Trong Hung was selected for the U23 Vietnam team and the Vietnam national team in 2019.

Recently, Trong Hung has been practicing for his new team but does not have enough documents to register to compete. The reason revealed is that Thanh Hoa Club did not issue a liquidation certificate for him.

Trong Hung has submitted an application to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF). In addition, the legal department of Becamex Ho Chi Minh City Club is also actively supporting the procedures to complete the player's profile.

Finally, Trong Hung is on coach Nguyen Anh Duc's list ahead of the 2025-2026 season. It is known that VFF has issued a temporary clearance certificate for the player from Thanh Hoa.

Despite playing for a new team, Trong Hung and Thanh Hoa FC are still in dispute over the signing bonus. This has been going on since 2023 and the players who signed the agreement will go on strike in 2024.

Having left his old team, Trong Hung will face many challenges in the next 2 years when he joins Becamex TP.HCM in the V-League 2025 - 2026.

Trong Hung was a promising midfielder of Thanh Hoa football since turning professional in 2019. Becamex TP.HCM Club was the first team he joined after his contract expired.

Coach Nguyen Anh Duc is renewing the squad after parting ways with a number of key players, including Nguyen Tien Linh. Dozens of new, younger and more ambitious players are waiting for their chance.
