Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 launched an emulation movement to make achievements and dedicate to Uncle Ho.

On the morning of June 24, at Nha Rong Wharf (Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch), Military Hospital 175 held an incense offering ceremony and launched a movement to compete for merits to pay tribute to Uncle Ho of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 before departing for the United Nations peacekeeping mission in South Sudan.

Major General Tran Quoc Viet, Party Committee Secretary and Director of Military Hospital 175, presided over the ceremony. Also attending were comrades in the Board of Directors of Military Hospital 175, representatives of the Vietnam Peacekeeping Department, and 63 officers, medical staff, and doctors of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5.

At the ceremony, delegates and officers and staff of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 reported to Uncle Ho on the results of training work, pledging to unite, be unanimous, and overcome all difficulties and hardships to excellently complete the task.

For over a year, Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 has implemented the training plan according to the United Nations program with the spirit of solidarity, positivity, initiative, overcoming difficulties and has successfully completed the training content and program, qualified to go on duty in South Sudan. Currently, 100% of the officers and staff of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5 are ready to go on international duty.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ha Ngoc, Director of the Hospital, launched the emulation movement to make achievements for Uncle Ho. Accordingly, the officers and staff of the entire Hospital are determined to carry out the emulation movement "Solidarity, discipline, safety, victory", join hands, unite, maintain spirit and determination, compete to excellently complete the task of participating in the United Nations peacekeeping operations, term 2023 - 2024, contributing to the successful implementation of the Party's foreign policy, spreading the good image and noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers to international friends.

Speaking to direct, assign tasks and encourage the spirit of readiness to set off to carry out the mission of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5, Major General Tran Quoc Viet requested the hospital's officers and staff to clearly identify their tasks, unite, love and help each other, strictly comply with military discipline and strictly implement the regulations and customs of the host country; perform well the professional and administrative work in examination, treatment and health care at the mission in accordance with the requirements of the United Nations; actively study and practice to improve professional qualifications and foreign languages, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects during the mission.
