At the Coordination Board: The hospital participates in the Coordination Board at the Medical Command Center, expected to be located at the Hanoi 115 Emergency Center. This board will coordinate resources, provide professional support to on-site teams and advise the Head of the Ministry of Health Coordination Board in emergency and disaster situations.
In addition, medical teams will be on duty at many locations, including: Emergency Resuscitation Room at the Greenhouse - Command 69, in coordination with the 108 Central Military Hospital; Stands A3, A4, B, and B1; Mobile duty on Le Duan Street and Thong Nhat Park...
The hospital mobilized 100% of its staff for rehearsals and official holidays.
In particular, within the framework of the exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day taking place from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exhibition Center, Bach Mai Hospital also prepared 10 spare beds and a reserve medical team ready to respond.
Viet Duc Hospital also has a detailed plan to ensure the best on-call, emergency, and medical care during the A80 event.
Accordingly, the hospital organized 5 medical teams on duty according to the assignment; organized 1 emergency team outside the hospital. In addition, emergency work at the hospital was maintained 24/24, ensuring the best health care for people during the A80 event.
The Hanoi Health Sector has activated all its forces, developed a detailed response scenario, and mobilized hundreds of medical staff and equipment to ensure medical care for this important event.
Regarding the organization of medical response, the total number of forces mobilized by the Department of Health for medical emergency service during the Anniversary Ceremony is 370 officers, 37 ambulances and cars distributed into 94 teams (including 51 mobile teams, 37 ambulance teams, 3 epidemic prevention teams, 3 food safety teams).
In addition, large hospitals such as Xanh Pon General Hospital and Hanoi Heart Hospital arrange permanent forces at crowded gathering places and serve rehearsals.
At each hospital under the Department of Health, it is required to increase medical examination and treatment on-call, arrange at least one mobile emergency team, and 5-10 spare beds. The 115 Emergency Center and hospitals must ensure enough on-call crews, ambulances, necessary equipment and medicines, and be ready to transport and provide emergency care when required.
The Ministry of Health said that this agency coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Hanoi People's Committee to direct medical examination and treatment facilities to ensure emergency and medical examination and treatment on duty during the celebration.
Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan emphasized that the entire health sector, regardless of military or civilian medical forces, must coordinate closely and unify for the common goal of best protecting the health of the participating leaders, the forces participating in the parade, serving and the people following the A80 event.
