Not only that, since June 1, Binh Dinh Hospital has become the pioneer in Gia Lai province to officially apply electronic medical records - a turning point in the process of modernizing the local health sector.

In addition to Binh Dinh Hospital, BIDV Binh Dinh sponsored the infrastructure of the cashless payment medical examination and treatment management system to serve the medical examination and treatment for patients at Quy Nhon Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital, Quy Nhon Medical Center, and Military Hospital 13. In 2025-2026, BIDV Binh Dinh was assigned by BIDV Head Office to be the focal point, together with BIDV Phu Tai and BIDV Quy Nhon, to continue to sponsor 50 smart medical kiosks to serve the medical examination and treatment for medical facilities in the province.

Not only providing technological conveniences, the bank also cares about creating a friendly environment for people: placing instruction boards, light boxes indicating electronic payments, providing waiting chairs... Although they are just small details, they are rich in humanity, helping people clearly feel a modern and close medical environment.

BIDV signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement and funded facilities for Quy Nhon University.

In the lecture hall, the new students of Quy Nhon University, class 48, eagerly received the BIDV card – a compact and multifunctional “2 in 1” student card. With BIDV SmartBanking, students can pay tuition, receive scholarships, and make convenient and safe study payments.

Not only implementing tuition collection services for university students, BIDV Binh Dinh also expands cooperation with kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools and high schools in the area, to support parents and schools in managing and paying tuition fees conveniently, quickly and safely.

In the field of public administration, BIDV Binh Dinh has signed an agreement with the Gia Lai Provincial Public Administration Service Center to deploy an online public service agent model and is the focal branch to conduct training, education, and guidance for online public service agents for 6 branches in Gia Lai province with 36 transaction points.

At the same time, equip smart kiosks at the provincial public administration service center and all communes and wards in the province. This model helps people and businesses carry out administrative procedures quickly, contributing to the effective implementation of Project 06 of the Government and Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

BIDV Binh Dinh cooperates with Lado Taxi to promote green transformation and digital payments.

In October 2025, BIDV Binh Dinh and Lado Taxi officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, opening a new step in green transformation and digital payments. According to the agreement, the bank will sponsor 22 electric vehicle charging stations in the Gia Lai area (formerly Binh Dinh), deploy salary payments via accounts for 1,000 drivers and present 700 sets of QR codes to encourage cashless payments.

Along with that, BIDV Binh Dinh deploys a green preferential credit package to support businesses in expanding electric vehicle infrastructure, contributing to the development of clean transportation, reducing CO₂ emissions, implementing ESG projects, towards an environmentally friendly future.

Not only stopping at transportation, BIDV Binh Dinh also accompanies the government in digital transformation in the administrative and social security fields: supporting people to install the VNeID application, linking BIDV accounts to receive subsidies quickly and safely; coordinating with the Binh Dinh Department of Construction and Binh Dinh Bus Station Joint Stock Company to deploy non-stop toll collection at bus stations, reducing congestion and saving time.

In particular, the bank has worked with the local tax authority to form a “4.0 market” model – where more than 1,000 small traders have become accustomed to scanning QR codes instead of counting cash. Small traders are more convenient, consumers are safer. That is how BIDV Binh Dinh spreads the spirit of “digitalization” to the neighborhood and market, so that technology can truly enter every breath of life.
