Touch of Love - Journey of sowing happiness and spreading kindness with digital technology

On October 24, 2025, at the National News Center ( Hanoi ), the Love Touch Charity Fund was officially launched under the witness of representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Home Affairs and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) - the pioneer sponsor.

With the mission of creating a modern, transparent and sustainable digital charity platform, the Touch of Love Fund aims to become a bridge so that every Vietnamese person can "touch" love, spread humanistic values ​​and sow seeds of happiness for the community.

Spreading humanity - creating a digital charity platform

The Touch of Love Fund was formed from the desire to bring a transparent digital charity ecosystem, connecting kind hearts across Vietnam. Inspired by everyday stories of sharing and empathy, the founders of the Fund wish to build a platform where every act of kindness - no matter how small - can create a great social impact.

In the first phase, the Fund aims to allocate 20 billion VND for health care, education and community life support projects, aiming to directly help more than 10,000 disadvantaged people across the country through three key programs: Sowing the Future - Sowing Vitality - Sowing Hope.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Van Linh, Vice President of the Foundation's Founding Council, emphasized: "We believe that every small, simple action can create a great impact. Touching Love was created with the desire to sow love every day, inspire kindness, and awaken the spirit of sharing within the community."

In his congratulatory speech, a representative from the Ministry of Interior affirmed that the establishment of the Fund is a practical activity with profound humanitarian significance. "The 'Touching Love' Fund is not only a charitable organization, but also a bridge connecting compassionate hearts, sharing love, and spreading the spirit of 'mutual support' of our nation," the representative from the Ministry of Interior emphasized.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Fund is licensed to operate with the aim of supporting people in difficult circumstances, especially the poor and those with serious illnesses who need urgent support for medical expenses. In addition, the Fund also aims to finance medical facilities facing difficulties in facilities and equipment, contributing to improving medical examination and treatment capacity and the quality of health care for the people.

Also in the speech, the Ministry of Interior requested the "Touching Love" Fund to "quickly streamline its organizational structure, establish transparent operating regulations, strengthen the mobilization of social resources to expand the scale of support; and closely coordinate with agencies and organizations to contribute to ensuring social security, economic development, and improving people's lives."

Representatives from the Ministry of Health also extended their congratulations and appreciation for the establishment of the Fund. Speaking at the ceremony, the Ministry affirmed: “The establishment of the Touching Love Fund is a vivid testament to the spirit of compassion and community responsibility. The programs 'Sowing the Future,' 'Sowing Life,' and 'Sowing Hope' clearly demonstrate this humanitarian spirit, serving as a bridge between the healthcare sector, organizations, businesses, and every compassionate individual.”

The representative of the Ministry of Health also emphasized the commitment: "The Ministry of Health will always accompany, support and create favorable conditions for the Fund to operate effectively, contributing to the good implementation of the Party and State's policy on universal health care."

Transparent operations - affirming community trust

Operating under four core values—Transparency, Value Connection, Community Outreach, and Sustainable Impact—the Touch of Love Foundation aims to become the leading digital philanthropic platform in Vietnam. All of the Foundation's income and expenditure will be independently audited and publicly disclosed, allowing donors and the public to easily track, monitor, and evaluate its effectiveness.

According to the Fund representative, transparency is not only an operating principle, but also a commitment to protect the trust of supporters. Every contribution - no matter how small - is recorded and used for the right purpose, to the right people in need.

In its first year of operation, the Fund will focus on implementing two key projects: “Gieo Vitality” - providing nutritious meals to poor children in remote areas; and “Gieo Hope” - bringing music, art and knowledge to sick children to improve their spirits during treatment.

Director Viet Tu and singer Tung Duong are goodwill ambassadors of the Fund.

The event also had the participation of Singer Tung Duong and Director Viet Tu as goodwill ambassadors. The two artists will accompany the Fund in fundraising activities, inspiring beautiful living and spreading the spirit of "touching to love".

With its modern technology platform, transparent mechanisms, and the support of government agencies, the Touch of Love Fund promises to become a new model for charitable activities in Vietnam – where each "touch" not only gives love but also inspires faith, spreads happiness, and sows seeds of compassion in every heart.
