Enhancing the value of the poultry industry.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hung Nhon Group, stated that 2025 marks a significant step forward in the cooperation between Hung Nhon and De Heus, demonstrating their determination to realize a chain of 12 high-tech agricultural projects in Tay Ninh. On February 24th, the two sides commenced construction of the DHP food processing plant complex (phase 1) along with the DHN Tay Ninh 2 and DHN Tay Ninh 5 high-tech livestock farms. Notably, just a few days prior, on December 5th, Hung Nhon and De Heus broke ground on the DHN Tay Ninh 6 high-tech livestock farm project, showcasing the synchronized, continuous, and decisive progress of the project chain.
Regarding the DHN Tay Ninh 4 project, Mr. Vu Manh Hung stated that the project has a total investment of 257 billion VND. This is a high-tech chicken breeding farm built to high standards, aiming to provide high-quality, disease-free breeding stock, minimize environmental impact, make a practical contribution to the agricultural development of the province, and meet the growing demands of the market.

Representatives from five businesses signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
According to Johan Van Den Ban, General Director of De Heus Asia, the DHN Tay Ninh 4 project is not an independent component, but an important piece in the DHN Tay Ninh high-tech agricultural complex.
This partnership was established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the Forum for Connecting Businesses and Investing in the Development of High-Tech Agricultural Ecosystems between the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province, Hung Nhon Group, and De Heus Group in 2023. This project is part of a series of 12 projects in Tay Ninh with a total investment of up to 10,000 billion VND.
In the strategic partnership between Hung Nhon and De Heus, Bel Ga is a crucial link, playing a key role in providing high-quality breeding stock for the entire ecosystem. Through many years of development in Vietnam, Bel Ga has established itself as a leading enterprise in the production of one-day-old broiler and egg-laying chicks, with a system of hatcheries and incubators operating according to the most modern and advanced technological processes in the world.

Representatives from De Heus and Hung Nhon donated 200 million VND to support charitable activities in Tan Hoi commune.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ben Clinteur, General Director of Bel Gà Asia, assessed that the continuous implementation of a series of large projects in a short period of time demonstrates the speed, scale, and strategic vision of the Hung Nhon - De Heus supply chain in Tay Ninh. According to Mr. Ben Clinteur, the strict standards on biosafety, hatching rates, and breeding stock quality have significantly contributed to enhancing the value of Vietnam's poultry industry and creating a solid foundation for the closed-loop production chain of De Heus - Hung Nhon.
On the local side, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Chairwoman of the Tan Hoi Commune People's Committee, said that the project is not only of significant importance to Tan Hoi Commune but also a major step forward in the livestock development strategy of Tay Ninh province. In particular, the project was formed through a strategic cooperation between Hung Nhon Group and De Heus Group, two leading reputable companies in the field of high-tech agriculture.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Chairperson of the People's Committee of Tan Hoi Commune.
"We are committed to accompanying, supporting, and creating the most favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, ensuring safety, efficiency, and early operation, bringing practical benefits to businesses and the community," Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong shared.
Agree on cooperation to develop a large-scale livestock farming system.
Alongside the groundbreaking ceremony, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between five businesses: De Heus, Hung Nhon, Trinh Dang Khoi Company, BD Agriculture Vietnam Company, and BDH Vietnam Company. These are reputable businesses that share a vision for developing the livestock industry towards modernity, sustainability, and transparency. According to the agreement, the parties will cooperate to develop a livestock system with a scale of 1 million pullets and 3 million laying hens.

Mr. Ben Cliteur, General Manager of Bel Gà Asia.
The cooperation agreement also includes a factory producing organic fertilizers that meet international standards, creating a complete agricultural ecosystem. The cooperation period is 15 years, with a total value of up to 120 million USD (equivalent to approximately 3,100 billion VND).
This is an important foundation for forming a closed value chain, from breeds, nutrition, barn equipment, technical processes to output products, aiming at the goal of providing clean, safe and sustainable chicken eggs for consumers and export. With this agreement, the DHN Tay Ninh project chain is expected to become the largest and most modern chicken farming complex in Southeast Asia.

Mr. Vu Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hung Nhon Group.
Throughout their development journey in various localities, Hung Nhon and De Heus have always recognized that production and business activities must go hand in hand with social responsibility. It is from this spirit that the DHN Charity Fund has been maintained by the two corporations as a regular social welfare activity, aiming to contribute to improving the lives of people in the areas where the businesses implement projects.
On this occasion, the DHN Charity Fund donated 500 gift packages and 200 million VND to support social welfare activities in Tan Hoi commune. Joining the DHN Charity Fund in caring for the people of Tan Hoi commune during Tet (Lunar New Year), BD Agriculture Vietnam and Minh Anh Construction Company also donated 500 Tet gift packages to help bring a warmer spring to disadvantaged families in the commune.
