Latest Arabica and Robusta prices as of December 11, 2025
Coffee prices are rising globally today , especially on the New York exchange, with arabica prices increasing by as much as 1.6% thanks to a weakening US dollar after the Fed decided to cut interest rates by another 0.25 percentage points.
Furthermore, Brazil's green coffee exports in November (down 27% year-on-year) were affected by limited production, port congestion, and the impact of US tariffs. This further contributed to the sharp increase in arabica prices.
However, traders note that rainfall in Brazil has been quite good and soil moisture promises a bumper crop in the upcoming 2026-2027 season.
Meanwhile, the upward trend in robusta prices is being curbed by the still positive outlook for the crop in Vietnam, despite slow harvesting progress due to floods.
A trader stated: “Vietnam’s coffee harvest is showing remarkable resilience. Despite delays due to rain and labor shortages, the crop outlook remains positive, with expected yields increasing and quality indicators trending upwards.”
