The banking sector is honored to participate in the "Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Achievements, Innovation and Digital Transformation" with a beautiful, impressive, and modern booth showcasing useful technological applications for businesses and people.
Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Pham Tien Dung, along with leaders from several departments and bureaus of the SBV and representatives from the four state-owned commercial banks (VietinBank, BIDV, Vietcombank, and Agribank ), personally welcomed the delegation, introducing advanced banking products, services, and technologies, clearly reflecting the strong digital transformation journey of the entire industry.
BIDV Deputy General Director Phan Thanh Hai reported to the Prime Minister and other leaders in the delegation on the "Make in BIDV" product: the BIDV Direct super-app platform for corporate customers, developed by BIDV's own technology and finance engineers. It not only provides banking services to corporate customers entirely through digital channels but also supports businesses in improving management efficiency, production and business operations, and cash flow management through connection with the corporate accounting system.
Alongside this, BIDV also showcased new technology products at the exhibition, such as BIDV Smartbanking X - a digital banking universe for individual customers with many outstanding features and benefits, and other BIDV-made products such as BIDV Home - an online home buying application, Open Banking connecting the bank with customers' technology platforms, etc.
In line with the banking sector, over the years, BIDV has consistently adhered to the directives of the Party and Government, pioneering digital transformation, prioritizing the needs of citizens and businesses, promoting the application of innovative products and services, and aiming for a comprehensive, nationwide, and all-round digital transformation to accelerate and drive the development of the digital economy.
The Government inspection team highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, thorough preparation, and creativity of the banking sector in the exhibition, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
