Bang An Beach is in the top 50 most relaxing destinations in the world

The resort consulting site Spa Seekers announced a list of the 50 best relaxation spots in the world in 2023 voted by readers, including An Bang beach (Quang Nam).

Ranked at number 17, An Bang Beach ( Hoi An , Quang Nam ) is the only Vietnamese destination on the list. The listed relaxation destinations include natural spas, hot mineral baths, hot springs, botanical gardens, parks, lakes, beaches, and islands.

An Bang Beach is located in Cam An Ward, 3km east of Hoi An Ancient Town. It has clear blue water, long white sand beaches and beautiful waves. The beach is the perfect place to rest and relax for tourists looking for peace and tranquility to relieve fatigue.

Previously, in 2021, An Bang beach also ranked 24th in the list of 25 most beautiful beaches in Asia voted by Tripadvisors.

In addition to Vietnam's famous beaches, five other Southeast Asian locations made the list, including beaches, parks, gardens and hot springs in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Cambodia.

Europe is the continent with the most relaxing spots, with 8 of the top 20 and 18 of the world's top 50 scattered across the region. Iceland's Blue Lagoon and Hungary's Széchenyi Baths took first and second place on the list, with 4,050 and 3,581 votes respectively. North America had 8 and Asia had 5 spots in the top 25.
