The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the percentile of 7 traditional combinations: A00 (math, physics, chemistry), A01 (math, physics, English), B00 (math, chemistry, biology), C00 (literature, history, geography), C00 (math, physics, literature), D01 (math, literature, English), D07 (math, chemistry, English).

This is the basis for candidates to refer to and for schools to refer to when building a table of standard score conversion between methods and combinations.

According to the analysis of the Ministry of Education and Training, 20.25 points of the A00 combination (math, physics, chemistry) is equivalent to 19 points of the B00 combination (math, chemistry, biology), 22.75 points of the C00 combination (literature, history, geography), 16.25 points of the D01 combination (math, literature, English), 14.75 points of the D07 combination (math, chemistry, English).

According to the 2025 admission regulations, universities using multiple admission methods/combinations for a major/training program will have to convert scores to one scale and one benchmark. The Ministry of Education and Training believes that this is to ensure fairness in admission.

There are two things candidates must do, otherwise they will not be considered for admission or will be removed from the admission list: register their admission wishes and pay the fees for the registered wishes.

Accordingly, candidates will register and adjust their university wishes an unlimited number of times until 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

After registering their wishes, candidates pay the admission fee online from July 29 to 5pm on August 5. Universities will announce the benchmark scores before 5pm on August 22.
