The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed to promote propaganda activities for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The document stated that, in order to promptly propagate the 14th National Congress of the Party; to implement the direction of the Standing Member of the Secretariat, Head of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism respectfully requests the People's Committees of provinces and cities to proactively organize propaganda activities for the 14th National Congress of the Party; to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, meeting the cultural enjoyment needs of the people, especially compatriots in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas and islands.

Strengthening propaganda work on the meaning, importance, theme, motto, goals, tasks, context, and timing of the 14th National Party Congress, focusing on affirming and highlighting the stature and historical significance of the 14th National Party Congress as an important milestone on the development path of our country and people, a new historical starting point, a new era, an era of the Vietnamese people's rise, for peace , independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness, and steady progress towards socialism.

Organize visual propaganda decorations on billboards, posters, banners, electronic boards, and LED screens at the headquarters of agencies, units, and public places, especially in central places, airports, wharves, traffic intersections, and main streets; decorate festivals and hang Party flags according to Instruction No. 105-HD/BTGTW dated May 29, 2023 of the Central Propaganda Department (now the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department) to implement the Secretariat's Regulations on the flag of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the use of the Party flag.

Direct and select paintings from 17 propaganda paintings approved by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism suitable for the locality for propaganda use.

In addition, strengthen inspection and supervision of the use of slogans, images, and propaganda posters in public places and on mass media, ensuring compliance with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

*Previously, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 3849/QD-BVHTTDL on approving propaganda poster samples for official use in propaganda activities for Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the Decision, the propaganda poster model will be officially used in propaganda activities for Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party from October 29, 2025.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests units, organizations and individuals to use propaganda posters for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, according to the model provided by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure accuracy and consistency.
