Binh Duong Provincial Post Office deploys public administrative services to directly serve people

In order to bring public administrative services (HCC) directly to the people, reform administrative procedures, and improve service quality, on September 22, the Provincial Post Office coordinated with the Management Board of Biconsi Hiep Thanh Building to organize a mobile HCC model at Hiep Thanh 3 apartment building, Hiep Thanh ward, Thu Dau Mot city.

This is a new way to support administrative procedures at people's homes. People can participate in issuing and renewing driver's licenses, participating in issuing and renewing passports, opening electronic digital signatures... The procedures are carried out by the Provincial Post Office in coordination with the Department of Transport, the Immigration Management Department of the Provincial Police, VNPT Binh Duong and the results are returned to the people's addresses.

The implementation of the weekend service is very well received by the people. This is one of the activities of the Provincial Post Office to bring many conveniences to the people, contribute to reforming administrative procedures, and limit the time people spend traveling during the working days of the week.
