On the morning of October 1st, 2024, Vietnam Post Corporation held the opening ceremony for the 2024 Professional and Technical Labor Promotion Examination, with the participation of 70 candidates taking the exam in person and connecting via 22 locations across the network.
Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation, Tran Duc Thich, delivered a speech at the ceremony.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Duc Thich, Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post Corporation, said that this exam is not only mandatory but also an opportunity for candidates to improve their skills and professional knowledge. The Chairman of the Trade Union also emphasized the importance of ensuring the smooth running of the exam process, preventing incidents that could affect the candidates' morale, and highly appreciated the effective cooperation between departments in organizing the exam, which combined in-person and online formats.
The 2024 professional and technical skills promotion examination will be held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation.
To save costs and time, and to contribute to the digital transformation of training activities, Vietnam Post Corporation has implemented online examinations since 2021. The 2024 professional and technical labor promotion examination will take place over three days, from October 1st to October 3rd. The in-person examination will be held at the Postal Training and Professional Development Center, while the remaining 22 locations will use online examinations at their respective units.
Instructors from the Training Center provide guidance and answer questions for candidates.
Before the official exam, the Examination Board thoroughly disseminated the exam regulations and answered candidates' questions, ensuring they were well-prepared. In addition, the leaders of the functional departments provided close support to the candidates during the exam.
