In February 2024, manager Hoang Tuan unexpectedly announced the termination of his contract with singer Trung Quang after a long period of collaboration. The reason given was a disagreement between the two parties regarding management and development direction.

On his personal page, Trung Quang said that after leaving the company, he worked independently and opened his own channel. Over the past year, the male singer has regularly performed in shows at home and abroad.
