Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Hau Minh Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, highly appreciated the achievements of the Provincial People's Court Party Committee in the past term. He suggested that immediately after the Congress, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee should quickly develop and promulgate working regulations and a work program for the entire term. * During the past term, the Party Committee of the Department of Health led and directed the Party cells, subordinate Party Committees, cadres and Party members to perform well the assigned political tasks. Up to now, the ratio of doctors has reached 10.2 doctors/10,000 people; the ratio of people participating in health insurance has reached 96.5%.
