According to the announcement, ticket sales and opening time is from 9am on November 4. However, due to some equipment and electrical systems still being repaired, the Center will issue temporary tickets (backup tickets) during this period. Visitors need to return their tickets at the control point so that the Center can update the information into the system after the restoration process is completed.

Representatives of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center would like to thank visitors and travel agencies for their support and sharing during the time affected by floods. Previously, during the two floods in late October and early November, the center had temporarily closed to visitors twice to ensure safety, from October 27 and November 3, respectively, before reopening on November 4 after completing the repair work.

In recent days, the center has mobilized all its forces to clean up mud, clean the environment, check the electrical system and repair affected items, ensuring safe and clean conditions to welcome visitors back.

Also on the morning of November 4 , Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City, said that he had directed units, relics, museums... to urgently deploy urgent measures to absolutely protect the safety of people, property and especially the system of relics and museums in the area in the face of the upcoming floods and storm No. 13 (KALMAEGI).

Accordingly, promote the sense of responsibility, organize response according to the "4 on-site" motto: On-site command, on-site forces, on-site supplies, on-site logistics. Avoid being passive or surprised, minimize damage.

Units managing relics, museums, affiliated public service units and People's Committees of communes and wards with relics need to strengthen measures to prevent local flooding, especially in warehouses storing artifacts, documents, books, newspapers and equipment.

In addition to reviewing and checking, there needs to be a plan to reinforce the facilities of relics, museums, libraries, cultural houses, and sports centers.

In addition, immediately move important documents, artifacts and equipment to higher places or to safe locations, avoiding areas at risk of flooding and leakage. Pay attention to security, barricades and warning signs at relic areas and cultural works at risk of landslides and collapse.
