Of which, Chien Dan commune had 55 houses (3 houses with completely blown off roofs); Huong Tra ward had 28 houses (2 houses with completely blown off roofs); Tam Xuan commune had 9 houses. In addition, 4 people in Chien Dan commune were injured and were taken to the medical station and hospital for timely emergency treatment.

Immediately upon receiving the information, the Party Committee and the Defense Command of Zone 4 - Ban Thach directed agencies, units and Military Commands of communes and wards to urgently deploy forces to help people quickly stabilize their lives. Accordingly, the Defense Command of Zone 4 - Ban Thach mobilized nearly 130 officers and soldiers of the regular army, militia and shock forces of communes and wards to coordinate with local organizations to help people overcome the consequences and re-roof their houses.
