With the slogan “Solidarity - Discipline - Democracy - Breakthrough - Development”, for the 2025-2030 term, the communes set out many specific targets and breakthroughs. In which, they focus on maximizing potential and advantages, maintaining fast and sustainable economic growth; improving competitiveness, integration ability, comprehensive and sustainable development in economic, social, environmental, national defense and security aspects.
At the conference, the comrades in the working group assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee gave their comments on the documents of the Party Congresses of the communes such as: Rearranging some contents in the political reports of the communes to make them suitable, adding more data and evidence, giving specific targets and goals associated with implementation solutions. The political report needs to comprehensively and fully reflect the results achieved in all fields, proposing directions and tasks suitable to the conditions and development trends in the new period...

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Tran Quang Minh and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hau Minh Loi acknowledged the seriousness and urgency of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Committees of the communes in actively preparing and building political reports to submit to the Party Congress in accordance with the instructions of the Central and the province.
At the same time, it is recommended that the communes fully absorb the comments of the members of the working group assigned by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the departments, branches and units of the province to continue reviewing, supplementing, editing and perfecting the congress documents.
The heads of the working delegation suggested that documents at the congress must be presented scientifically, evaluated comprehensively and objectively, and fully and specifically reflect the results in all fields of the communes.
Along with that, it is necessary to point out the remaining shortcomings and limitations to propose solutions to overcome them, and specific targets and directions for the coming term. Focus on key tasks, especially the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system; improving the quality of cadres to meet the development requirements in the new period; socio-economic development programs and goals, job creation, income increase, and quality of life improvement for local people....
The comrades emphasized that there is not much time left until the organization of the commune congresses, so it is necessary to urgently prepare all conditions. The Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the communes continues to carefully review the contents and work before, during and after the congresses to ensure the congresses are organized successfully and achieve the highest efficiency. Thereby, creating an exciting and united atmosphere within the entire Party and people so that the Congresses truly become the most profound and meaningful political activities in the localities.
