Mr. Ho Ngoc Mui, a retired cadre living in An Nhon ward, highly agreed with the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the National Assembly delegates on the reports given on the morning of December 3. Mr. Ho Ngoc Mui said that the atmosphere of the discussion was serious, democratic, and objective. The topics discussed were sharp, flexible, and comprehensive. The National Assembly delegates this time have equal qualifications and are true to their nature; they are typical representatives of voters, have a level of understanding of the discussion content, rich knowledge, and concise and delicate questions. Thanks to that, the atmosphere in the hall was democratic but serious.

“In my opinion, the National Assembly delegates’ speeches were focused, profound, accurate, and of high quality, and closely followed the requirements set forth by the chair. At the same time, the delegates also pointed out the limitations of the Resolution and the solutions that need to be overcome,” Mr. Ho Ngoc Mui added.

Dr. Lawyer Nguyen Van Hiep, Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, said that basically, State agencies have promptly adjusted conflicts in society through the legal system. Judicial agencies have been responsible for assigning specialized agencies and experts to research and organize seminars, collect opinions, and consider the contents to submit to the National Assembly. This demonstrates high responsibility and timeliness. At the same time, Lawyer Nguyen Van Hiep shared with judicial agencies and lawmakers because no law can adjust all conflicts in society.

"In reality, when laws are put into practice, they often give rise to problems that lawmakers cannot foresee," added Lawyer Nguyen Van Hiep.
