In light of the above situation, Phu Tho Power Company advises its customers:
Do not deposit money into the personal account of anyone claiming to be an electricity company employee. All electricity bill payments are now conducted through official channels; personal accounts should absolutely not be used for collection.
We encourage customers to choose safe electricity bill payment channels through: Banks (automatic payment, Internet banking or Mobile banking); e-wallets and online payment gateways ( Viettel Money; VNPT Money; Vnpay, Momo...).
Be vigilant and do not follow instructions from impersonators or fake documents; do not allow fraudsters to steal your personal information for personal gain, causing harm to customers and damaging the reputation of Phu Tho Power Company. Be wary of requests to install software. When using your phone, absolutely do not click on links received via text messages; do not install applications from unknown sources via links or APK files. If you receive a suspicious call suspected of being a scam, customers should immediately contact the customer service hotline (19006769) to verify the information and receive timely assistance.
