In addition to taking care of workers' health in general, Trade Unions at all levels pay special attention to the health of female workers. Accordingly, each female union member is given a free medical examination voucher worth more than 300,000 VND. This is to detect early signs of illness for timely treatment, contributing to protecting the health of female workers.

In enterprises, periodic health check-ups are one of the benefits agreed upon in the collective labor agreement between employees and business owners. Every 6 months, businesses organize health check-ups for employees, especially female employees.

Enterprises also focus on improving the quality and value of shift meals; adding juice in the summer, hot tea in the winter to improve the health of workers. In particular, some enterprises build on-site vegetable gardens to provide fresh food for the kitchen to serve workers.
