According to Tien Phong reporter's investigation , the female traffic police officer in the hypothetical situation is Captain Nguyen Phuong Thao (born in 1992), working at the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team, Van Dinh Commune Police, Hanoi. She comes from Lam Son Commune, Thanh Hoa .

Regarding the feelings everyone had for her after the martial arts performance, Phuong Thao expressed to Tien Phong: "Honestly, at first I was a bit surprised because I thought it was just a normal practice, but I didn't expect to receive so much attention from the online community. I thank everyone for their compliments, but Black Widow probably still has to 'give' me a few steps... so I can continue to learn. Martial arts is work and passion. The 9X female captain said that in order to have a "smooth" hypothetical situation as everyone saw, she and her teammates had to practice hard for about 7 practice sessions. According to her, the biggest difficulty when practicing moves like jumping or holding the neck in the air... is that it requires the right technique and good coordination between the attacker and the attendant. Both must be martial arts experts, have good physical strength, fitness and good thinking about movement to be able to perform well. "If we are too tired, both sides do not pay attention or do not warm up and prepare properly, injuries will happen immediately. I also suffered a few minor injuries when performing that technique, luckily not too serious," she added.

Phuong Thao said she has had experience learning martial arts since she was a child. She began studying with a teacher at around the age of 8. She started with traditional martial arts, then competed professionally in karate for a while. After taking the entrance exam, she continued to practice and further research martial arts.

Phuong Thao dreamed of becoming a police officer in the early 2000s, when the series Criminal Police was popular on television. She was passionate about movies and dreamed of becoming a police officer. With the thought that police officers must have good skills, she embarked on the path of martial arts from then on.

At work, Phuong Thao has twice received a certificate of merit from the Minister of Public Security for her outstanding achievements in the movement of the entire people to protect national security. The female captain said that she and the "street girl" are soul mates. 3 years ago, they both joined the martial arts team of the Hanoi Police Department to compete in a tournament of the Ministry of Public Security. They met because they were both called to the situation team and have been close friends ever since. Major Mai Ly is also from Thanh Hoa with Phuong Thao.

Unlike the strong image when wearing a military uniform, Captain Phuong Thao in real life is feminine and soft like most Vietnamese women. "When working, I prioritize neatness and seriousness to complete tasks and show respect to my teammates. But when I step out of the work environment, I allow myself to be soft, feminine and sometimes a little sexy. I see it as a reward for myself. I believe that women can be both strong and resilient when working, and gentle, confident and radiant when being themselves.
