* Department of Industry and Trade continues to lead in the Index of services to people and businesses

This morning, April 15, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province announced that, implementing the weekly emulation plan of the Provincial People's Committee on improving the Provincial People's and Business Service Index, according to assessment data extracted from the National Public Service Portal, the province achieved positive results compared to the previous assessment period.
Accordingly, compared to the previous period, some component indexes of the Quang Nam Province People and Business Service Index increased in points, including: Publicity and transparency increased by 1 point; Processing progress increased by 0.1 point; Document digitization increased by 0.1 point.
Also according to statistics, the Ministry of Information and Communications' Service Index for people and businesses at district and department levels as of April 15 is as follows:
At the department level, the Department of Industry and Trade ranked first with 91.17 points, classified as excellent; the Department of Natural Resources and Environment ranked last with only 47.27 points, classified as weak. At the district level, the leader was Nam Giang with 88.31 points, the last was Que Son district with 70.45 points.

According to Decision 766 of the Prime Minister on approving the set of indicators for directing, operating and assessing the quality of service for people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and public services in real time in the electronic environment (referred to as the set of indicators for serving people and businesses) including 5 component indicators: Publicity, transparency; Progress, settlement results; Digitalization of records; Provision of online services; Satisfaction level.
The assessment criteria for each component index group are specified in detail. The assessment is based on real-time data. The assessment results are made public on the National Public Service Portal, the Information System for handling administrative procedures at the ministerial and provincial levels (Public Service Portal at the ministerial and provincial levels).
