Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha highly appreciated the comments of ministries, localities, agencies, organizations and experts on the draft Decree regulating land prices. Accordingly, the Draft Decree after being completed has 6 chapters and 41 articles. By May 23, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment received 17/26 comments from Government members and comments from localities, organizations and experts. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that these are extremely important contents in the Land Law.

Therefore, the presiding and drafting agencies, ministries, branches and localities need to actively advise and contribute relevant opinions to ensure synchronous connectivity, enforceability and feasibility from laws, decrees to circulars. The Deputy Prime Minister also requested that the issues agreed upon at the meeting, relevant ministries and branches continue to synthesize and complete the draft and put the Decree into practice, in the spirit of institutionalizing the policies stipulated in the 2024 Land Law.
