Cholimex Food is looking for Hai Phong culinary ambassadors season 5, 2024

On November 15, 2024, in Hai Phong City, Hai Phong College of Tourism in collaboration with Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company organized the contest "Searching for Hai Phong culinary ambassador season 5, 2024" with the theme "Flavors of Hai Phong with Cholimex Food".

The competition received much attention from many students and 15 teams registered to participate. Within 60 minutes, the teams had to complete the preparation of 3 dishes that met the criteria of color - aroma - taste set by the Organizing Committee, encouraging the use of spices from the Cholimex Food brand. The dishes were carefully and methodically invested, creating attractive dishes from the decoration to the delicious taste of each natural ingredient. There were teams confidently presenting in English before culinary expert Christian T Antonius Johannes Vera (Director of Food and Beverage, Sheraton Hai Phong). All demonstrated the careful investment for generations of students to confidently go further and integrate internationally on the path of finding the culinary quintessence of Vietnam and reaching the world .
