Also attending the working session were members of the Party Central Committee: Head of the Office of the President Le Khanh Hai; Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
