Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai has just issued a decision "on implementing the appraisal of land price lists in the city".

Accordingly, Chairman Phan Van Mai, Chairman of the Land Price Appraisal Council directed:

Assign the Standing Committee of the City Land Price Appraisal Council to urgently review the Submission of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the dossier and report the appraisal results before 2:00 p.m. on October 15.

At the same time, the city leaders assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on the Council's appraisal results, to complete the dossier (with draft) and submit it to the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of the city's land price list for comments on the revised and supplemented land price list, and submit it to the City People's Committee before 2:00 p.m. on October 16.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinates with the Department of Information and Communications to provide content on orientation, process, and results of land price list development for dissemination to organizations and individuals in the city, with accurate information, understanding and correct assessment of policies and legal regulations.

Mr. Phan Van Mai also assigned the City People's Committee Office to coordinate with the City Party Committee Office to prepare the content and documents for the meeting of the Steering Committee for the development and adjustment of the City's land price list and to monitor, urge and coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Appraisal Council, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies and units to promptly complete the work contents related to the amendment and supplementation of the land price list in the area, ensuring the progress according to regulations.
