Final round of Miss Vietnam Ethnic Tourism 2025

The final round of Miss Ethnic Tourism Vietnam 2025 was held at Moc Chau Island Tourist Area.

Representatives of Son La province's leaders included: Hoang Van Chat, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province; Ha Trung Chien, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; former leaders of the province; representatives of departments, branches and sectors of Son La province; representatives of sponsoring enterprises and the Organizing Committee of the contest.

The program was broadcast live on STV channel, livestreamed on digital platforms of Son La Newspaper and Radio and Television; and rebroadcast on local TV channels of 14 provinces and cities across the country.

The final night was a competition between 30 contestants representing the diverse cultures of the Vietnamese ethnic groups. The contestants went through 3 rounds on stage: Ao Dai performance, swimsuit performance, evening gown performance inspired by ethnic cultures. After 3 rounds of performance, the jury evaluated and selected the 5 best contestants to enter the top 5 of the competition and enter the behavioral round.

Before the final night, the contestants spent time practicing with many exciting and meaningful sideline activities, such as: Experiencing, visiting Bach Long glass bridge, Dai Yem waterfall, cultural exchange with local people; experiencing making traditional dishes such as pounding sticky rice cake, wrapping banh chung cake, making cham cheo...; performing traditional costumes and bikinis; taking photos to promote tourism. In particular, the contestants also implemented community projects, such as: Preserving culture, developing sustainable tourism or volunteering activities in the locality.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Ha Trung Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son La province emphasized: The Miss Vietnam Ethnic Tourism Contest 2025 is a meaningful cultural and tourism event, aiming to honor the beauty of Vietnamese women, spreading the spirit of solidarity and equality among ethnic communities. The contest is also an opportunity to promote the image of the country, people and culture of Vietnam to international friends. For Son La, a land rich in cultural identity, where 12 ethnic groups live together, this is an opportunity to introduce to domestic and foreign tourists the unique cultural values, majestic natural landscapes, friendly and hospitable people and rich tourism potential of Son La. In particular, the contest is held at Moc Chau National Tourist Area, which has been honored as " The World's Leading Natural Destination" is a harmonious combination of cultural values, people and nature here. This contest, together with regularly organized cultural and tourism activities and events, will create a strong influence, connect, contribute to attracting investment, and promote the image of Son La tourism.

At the final night, the audience and visitors also enjoyed special and impressive performances with the participation of famous artists such as: Tung Duong, rapper Double2T, Xe Xe Em Be Chat... and performances imbued with the identity of the ethnic groups in the Northwest region by the Son La Provincial Music and Dance Theater.
