"Green Dream" program honors teachers

People's Artist Tong Toan Thang, Director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, said that this is the first time the Vietnam Circus Federation has built and organized a program to honor the contributions of circus teachers who have trained famous circus artists of Vietnamese circus art, who are admired by a large audience at home and abroad.
