"Green Dream" program honors teachers

People's Artist Tong Toan Thang, Director of the Vietnam Circus Federation, said this is the first time the Vietnam Circus Federation has built and organized a program to honor the contributions of circus teachers who have trained famous circus artists of Vietnamese circus art, admired by a large audience at home and abroad.
