CIMB Vietnam amends the registered capital content in its establishment and operation license.

On December 26, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 766/QD-TTGSNH1 amending the registered capital content in the Establishment and Operation License of CIMB Vietnam One-Member Limited Liability Bank.

Accordingly, the Chief Inspector and Supervisor of the State Bank of Vietnam decided to amend the charter capital level in Article 2 of the License for Establishment and Operation of a 100% Foreign-Owned Bank No. 61/GP-NHNN dated August 31, 2016 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to CIMB Bank Vietnam as follows: “Article 2. Charter capital of CIMB Bank Vietnam Limited Liability Company is: VND 4,263,200,000,000 (in words: Four thousand two hundred and sixty-three billion two hundred million dong)”.

CIMB Vietnam Bank is responsible for carrying out the procedures as stipulated in Clause 4, Article 37 of the Law on Credit Institutions No. 32/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024.

Decision No. 766/QD-TTGSNH1 takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for Establishment and Operation of a 100% Foreign-Owned Bank No. 61/GP-NHNN dated August 31, 2016, issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to CIMB Vietnam Bank.
