Maybe all my life I can't fulfill my duty as a mother.

Appearing on the recent Vietnamese Family Home program, actress Thanh Huong candidly shared about her family life. In it, she admitted feeling guilty towards her children for not spending enough time with them.

According to Thanh Huong, an actress always has to balance work and family, even though it's not easy. However, she believes her family always supports her work and her two children will understand, sympathize, and be happy for what their mother does.

She wants her children to understand that if they have the opportunity later in life, they should do many good things to bring joy to those their age who are in different circumstances. "No one can decide their own destiny at birth, but they have the right to change it through their own efforts," the actress from "Life Is Still Beautiful" affirmed.

While considering herself a family woman, Thanh Huong admits that because she fell in love with acting, she sometimes has to temporarily set aside her duties as a woman in the family to focus on her career.

"Our job is very mobile. Sometimes, we eat meals with the program and our colleagues more often than we eat at home," she confided, expressing her intention to use these positive and meaningful experiences to teach her own children at home.

She believes she is the right mother to participate in this volunteer program, to spread awareness to others, and also to help her children understand that their mother has tried to do good things for the community and society, especially for those less fortunate than herself. From there, she can be a role model for her children to follow.

However, Thanh Huong admitted that she still has many shortcomings in spending time with her children. She feels she owes them an apology.

"Perhaps in my entire life, I will never be able to fully fulfill the duties of a mother. Often, I'm busy with my work for society and the community, traveling with film crews even on holidays, while on those days I should be at home taking my children out to play, creating a warm family atmosphere. But even these seemingly simple things, sometimes I can't do," Thanh Huong confided.

However, after stressful hours at work, the actress just wants to go home. There, she has family meals and spends time teaching her children the ordinary lessons that any child should learn. Even so, her children sometimes find it difficult to have those simple, normal moments with their mother.

Therefore, Thanh Huong expressed her hope that her children would understand and sympathize with her work, and that they could become independent and love their mother more. She promised to make up for those shortcomings whenever she had the time.
