On the same day, according to the reporter's records, the cosmetic facility of HTYL - the person who injected filler to enhance the breast of Ms. TTL, located on Nguyen Trai Street (Ward 9, Ca Mau City) closed and removed the signboard.

Previously, through an acquaintance, Ms. L. contacted YL from Ca Mau to go to Ho Chi Minh City for breast augmentation filler injections.

After agreeing to get a breast augmentation filler injection for 10 million VND, on the morning of June 27, Ms. L. went to DN Hotel (Le Hong Phong Street, Ward 2, District 10, HCMC) to get the injection. At around 10 o'clock that same day, Ms. L. received a breast augmentation filler injection, but a while later, her body turned purple and foamed at the mouth...

When her family took Ms. L. to Van Hanh General Hospital (near DN Hotel) for emergency treatment, Ms. L. had already died.

Receiving the information, the police force and the District 10 People's Procuracy arrived at the scene to collect information. At the same time, YL was detained to investigate and clarify the cause of Ms. L's death.

After taking statements from those involved and performing an autopsy, the authorities handed over Ms. L's body to her family to take home for burial.
