On February 20, at the 29th session, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed 13 important resolutions on streamlining the apparatus and social security policies and economic development. On the same day, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee announced the decision to appoint leaders of 5 merged departments.

Among the 13 resolutions passed, there are resolutions on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hai Duong province; support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who quit their jobs during the implementation of the organizational arrangement in the province; adjustment of the payroll of civil servants in administrative agencies; the number of people working with salaries from the State budget in public service units under the province in 2025 due to the arrangement and reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the province; dismissal and election of additional positions of members of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, term XVII, term 2021 - 2026...

Mr. Le Van Hieu, Chairman of the People's Council of Hai Duong province, emphasized that these are important resolutions to organize the implementation of requirements and tasks on streamlining the apparatus, efficiency, effectiveness and socio-economic development in 2025 and the following years.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to pay attention and direct departments, units and localities to immediately implement the resolutions.

The focus is to closely follow the direction of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council, complete the arrangement of the organization and apparatus of agencies and units in the area to put into operation from March 1 to ensure smooth operation, without affecting the activities serving people, businesses and organizations.

On the same day, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision on reorganizing the apparatus of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and personnel work.

Along with that, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province announced the decision to appoint leaders of 5 merged departments, including: Mr. Bui Van Thang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Cao Thang, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Trong Tue, Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Sai Thi Yen, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Department of Construction.

Hai Duong provincial leaders presented flowers to congratulate officials who had just been dismissed and elected as additional members of the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, said that up to now, the province has basically completed the task of arranging and streamlining the apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government.

The Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and praised the efforts of the entire provincial political system that contributed to completing a large amount of work in a short time. Many cadres and leaders of the unit set an example, promoted a sense of responsibility, voluntarily retired early or held a lower position to facilitate the arrangement of the organizational apparatus and create opportunities for the younger generation of cadres to continue their development.

Mr. Tran Duc Thang emphasized that the year 2025 has a particularly important significance, requiring acceleration and breakthrough to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals of the entire 2020-2025 term...

Therefore, heads of agencies and units urgently direct the preparation of facilities and working conditions, quickly stabilize the organization, put the new apparatus into operation from March 1 without interruption, leaving areas and fields vacant and without affecting the normal activities of society.
