Announcing draft documents of the 14th Congress to collect opinions from National Assembly deputies, officials, party members and people

Implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo and Conclusion Notice No. 48-TB/TW of the Politburo, today, October 15, the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress were widely announced to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and the people.

Draft documents were put forward for comments, including: Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th Party Congress; Draft Action Program of the Party Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress (attached with the Political Report); Appendix 4: Assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; Appendix 5: Summary of Party building work during the 13th Congress term and directions, tasks, and solutions for Party building work during the 14th Congress term; Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposals and directions for supplementing and amending the Party Charter.

The publication of draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members and the people aims to gather and promote the wisdom and mastery of the people to contribute to the Party in formulating important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country, contributing to improving the quality of draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the Party, making the Party's ideas consistent with the people's wishes.

Through the announcement, discussion, and collection of comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, cadres, party members, and the people on the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress, it contributes to creating high unity in awareness, action, and determination in the entire Party, people, and army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Time for collecting public opinions from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
