Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS, code: SBT) has just announced a change in key personnel. Accordingly, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My will hold the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, replacing Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc.

It is known that Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My is the daughter of Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Thanh Cong Group and Ms. Ngoc.

Before being appointed to the highest position of TTC AgriS, Ms. My held the position of Vice President and was often called by the nickname "sugar princess".

A few days ago, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (Hose) announced that Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My had registered to sell 70 million SBT shares. The expected transaction time is from July 12 to August 10 by negotiation and/or order matching.

If the transaction is successful, Ms. My's ownership ratio at TTC AgriS will decrease from 19.02% to 9.84% (equivalent to 74.9 million SBT shares).

On the same day, TTC AgriS also announced her resignation. Ms. Ngoc was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of TTC AgriS from July 12, 2019. With a term of 5 years, on July 13, Ms. Ngoc officially ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors and could no longer hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the next term.

After changing the chairman position, the Board of Directors of TTC AgriS includes Ms. My as the new chairman and members Prof. Dr. Vo Tong Xuan; Mr. Tran Tan Viet; Ms. Vo Thuy Anh; Tran Trong Gia Vinh; Dao Duy Thi.

Regarding the business situation at TTC AgriS, the consolidated financial report for the third quarter of the 2023-2024 fiscal year (from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024), this enterprise recorded net revenue of VND 6,159 billion and profit after tax of VND 187.5 billion, up 8% and 23% respectively over the same period.

The financial report also shows that TTC AgriS's total assets as of the end of March 2024 reached VND 34,198 billion, liabilities VND 22,875 billion, and equity VND 11,323 billion.

At the end of the trading session on July 12, SBT shares reached 12,350 VND/share.
