At the conference, the decision to admit union members and establish two new grassroots unions was announced, including: The grassroots union of An Huy Trading One Member Co., Ltd. with 27 union members; The grassroots union of 57 Investment and Construction One Member Co., Ltd. with 15 union members. The provisional executive committee and leadership positions of the two grassroots unions were appointed. The grassroots unions have the responsibility to fully implement the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

It is known that, implementing the plan to develop union members and establish grassroots unions in non-state enterprises, since the beginning of the year, the Trade Union of the Transport, Transportation and Construction sectors has admitted 190 new union members and established 2 new grassroots unions.

Thereby, contributing to enhancing the role and position of trade union organizations in ensuring rights, benefits, caring for life and propagating and motivating union members and workers to compete in production and business, contributing to the overall development of the enterprise.
