Quang Nam Electricity Company exceeded many targets assigned by EVNCPC.

(QNO) - This morning, January 18, Quang Nam Electricity Company held a conference to summarize business activities in 2023 and a conference of labor delegates in 2024. Mr. Nguyen Duc - member of the Board of Directors of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), Phan Xuan Quang - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation attended.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh - Director of Quang Nam Electricity Company said that in 2023, the company will produce 2,535.67 million kWh of commercial electricity (up 4.21% over the same period, 1.75% higher than the plan assigned by EVNCPC). Electricity loss is 2.58% (down 0.11% over the same period, 1.01% lower than the plan assigned by EVNCPC).

Quang Nam Electricity Company has improved its business and customer service operations in a professional and modern direction with the goal of “customer-centricity”. Up to now, most of the business and customer service targets have been achieved and ensured according to regulations.

Quang Nam Electricity has promoted the collection network of intermediary collection organizations, encouraged customers to automatically deduct debt, the rate of non-cash collection reached 98.5%. At the same time, completing the roadmap to reduce 100% of electricity business support services in the delta region, the whole company now has only 6 services in especially difficult areas.

In 2023, Quang Nam Power Company implemented 139 power grid projects (91 transitional projects, 48 newly started projects) with a capital plan of VND 270,545 billion. Compensation and site clearance were carried out for 2,830/2,830 foundation locations (100% of the volume). Quang Nam Power Company constructed and completed the settlement of 28 major power grid repair projects, with a settlement value of VND 20.52 billion.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Khanh said that in 2023, Quang Nam Power Company has strived to gradually overcome difficulties, fully meet the electricity demand in Quang Nam, basically completing the assigned tasks of EVNCPC. The production emulation movement and trade union activities have been maintained; the ideology and employment of workers have been stable; the working environment is safe, and life has been improved.
