LDG Company has just announced information related to the prosecution and temporary detention of Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company, to serve the investigation related to the Tan Thinh Residential Area Project ( Dong Nai ).

According to the company, the above incident is under investigation, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hung has been and is continuing to coordinate with the authorities in the investigation process to clarify related issues. The above incident is only related to the Tan Thinh Residential Area project in Dong Nai, not related to other projects invested and developed by LDG company.
In his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Hung has authorized all matters related to LDG Company to the Board of Directors, as well as the Executive Board to carry out all related activities, ensuring the normal operation of the company.
The above incident does not change or affect the company's plans, strategies, production, business and investment activities. The legitimate rights and interests of customers, shareholders and partners who are transacting and cooperating with LDG Company are still guaranteed.
Currently, LDG Company is still operating normally. The Board of Directors has arranged personnel to promptly handle requests and provide relevant information immediately after the incident to ensure that all activities continue normally, in accordance with the approved goals and plans.
In today's trading (December 1), LDG shares hit the floor, down to VND3,540/share.
