Previously, in 2 days (November 3 and 4), the Traffic Police Team of Dong Xoai City Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department of Binh Phuoc Province Police to patrol, control, and handle hundreds of vehicles violating alcohol concentration.

The coordination between the Traffic Police of Dong Xoai City and Binh Phuoc Province aims to ensure that patrols and controls are carried out on all routes with vehicles participating in traffic, regardless of the routes in charge, thereby promptly detecting and handling traffic participants violating alcohol concentration.
A case of a motorcyclist violating alcohol concentration was detected by the mobile patrol team.
According to Thanh Nien reporters' records during 2 days of inspection and handling both day and night, there are still many cases of drivers violating alcohol concentration. Many people, when discovering the traffic police patrolling and controlling, deliberately avoided, turned around, and went into small alleys but were still detected and handled by the forces. Many people also used reasons such as parties, first birthdays, respect for friends who had not seen each other for a long time... but were all handled according to regulations.
24 car drivers violating alcohol concentration were detected after 2 days of implementation.
After 2 days of coordination, the forces discovered 103 drivers violating alcohol concentration (including 24 cars and 79 motorbikes) and 10 other cases violating errors such as carrying more people than prescribed, not being old enough to drive a motorbike... Thereby, 24 cars and 85 motorbikes of various types were temporarily detained.
Coordination and handling all day and night on weekends aims to change the awareness of traffic participants, to comply with the rule "if you drink alcohol, do not drive".
It is known that the coordination will continue to be implemented in the coming time to not only strictly handle violations but also to change the awareness of traffic participants, thoroughly implementing the principle "if you drink alcohol, do not drive".
