Da Nang: Real estate business reached 1,749 billion VND in October 2025

On November 3, the Danang City Statistics Office reported on the socio- economic situation in October and the first 10 months of 2025.

In October 2025, the activities of other service sectors in the city continued to record a good increase compared to the same period last year, although there were signs of a slight slowdown compared to the previous month. Notably, the real estate business sector continued to be a bright spot, playing a leading role in the growth of the entire sector.

After a period of strong adjustment in 2024, the Da Nang real estate market from the third quarter of 2025 will gradually improve thanks to policies to remove legal obstacles, adjust land price frames, along with the progress of implementing a series of key infrastructure projects such as: Co Co riverside road, expanded high-tech park, new urban areas in the Northwest.

The increase in transaction volume, especially in the land and townhouse segments, shows that investor confidence is recovering. As a result, real estate business revenue in October and the first 10 months of the year continued to increase strongly, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the service sector.

Total revenue from other services in October 2025 is estimated at VND 4,598 billion, down 2.8% compared to September 2025 but up 34.5% over the same period in 2024. Of which, real estate business services reached VND 1,749 billion, down 9.6% compared to the previous month but up 77.8% over the same period.

In the first 10 months of 2025, total revenue of other service industries reached VND 45,890 billion, an increase of 44.6% over the same period in 2024. Real estate business services alone continued to lead in revenue scale with VND 17,239 billion (an increase of 104%).

According to Da Nang City Statistics, with support from infrastructure, capital flow and management policies, Da Nang is affirming its position as a comprehensive service center and the leading dynamic real estate market in the Central region, creating a favorable foundation for sustainable development of service industries in the coming time.
