After the "death hole" incident occurred in the center of Da Nang city, the People's Committee of Da Nang city issued a document requesting the project investor (SIH Real Estate Company Limited) and contractors to temporarily stop construction in the landslide area, urgently take timely measures to ensure the safety of people and property and prevent possible risks to the project.

The investor focuses on coordinating with the construction contractor, the supervisory unit and relevant parties to inspect the entire wall system of the project and neighboring projects to take measures to ensure absolute safety for people and property in the adjacent area. In addition, it is necessary to inspect, review, and evaluate the cause of the incident, report the implementation results, along with the plan and progress of the remedial work to the People's Committee of An Hai Ward and the City Department of Construction before December 6, 2025.
