14th Party Congress: 415 delegates will attend the first Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee

The first Congress of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will take place from September 22-24 in the context of the province's merger with Ha Giang, opening a new period of development, rich in potential and opportunities for breakthroughs.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Congress is a place where the wisdom, will and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups converge, determined to build Tuyen Quang into a fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province in the midland and mountainous region of the North. This is an opportunity to summarize the implementation of the Resolution of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, determine the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term and discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

The Congress is expected to have the participation of 415 official delegates, representing 135,787 party members in the entire Party Committee. The Provincial People's Committee has closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units to best prepare all conditions in terms of facilities, transportation, health care , security and order, ensuring that the Congress takes place solemnly, safely and effectively, meeting the expectations of the people.

The work of drafting documents was carried out meticulously and scientifically, through many rounds of discussion, and widely received opinions from cadres, party members, people, scientists, and central agencies. The Congress documents not only summarize the 2020-2025 development journey of both provinces before the merger, but also affirm the vision and aspiration to rise strongly, demonstrating the high political determination of the entire Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee in the new period.

At the Congress, delegates will pass many important targets, demonstrating the province's strong aspirations to rise. In particular, by 2030, Tuyen Quang strives for GRDP to reach 170,000 billion VND, GRDP per capita to reach 95 million VND, digital economy to account for at least 20% of GRDP, attract 6 million tourists, the poverty rate to decrease by an average of 3-4%/year...
