According to the reporter's records on the morning of November 3, although the weather was dry and favorable for construction, there were no workers or machinery at the site. Up to now, the road has only been paved with a small layer of stone, many sections of drainage ditches are still unfinished, some manhole covers protrude, posing a danger to pedestrians, especially students and people traveling at night when there is a lack of light.

It is known that the project is about 1 km long, invested by the Ha Giang Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board, constructed by the joint venture of Hoang Nam Co., Ltd. - Khanh Son Co., Ltd. According to the plan, the project will start construction in November 2023 and is expected to be completed in November 2024.

Up to now the road has only been paved with a small layer of gravel.

Residents of the area said that after the administrative unit merger, the road construction has almost stopped. In the past 5 months, accidents due to road deterioration have occurred frequently, many people have fallen and been injured. In addition, dust from the road surface and damaged water systems have seriously affected the lives and health of the people.

Faced with the above situation, the people of Group 5, Ha Giang 1 Ward hope that the local authorities and functional agencies will soon direct the Joint Venture of Hoang Nam Company Limited - Khanh Son Company Limited to focus resources, speed up construction progress, complete the project, put the road into use to ensure traffic safety and stabilize people's lives.
