Dam Vinh Hung decided to withdraw the lawsuit against billionaire Gerard William, ending the scandal.

On the afternoon of December 4, singer Dam Vinh Hung officially responded to the lawsuit between him and billionaire Gerard William (singer Bich Tuyen's husband).

According to the male singer, after careful consideration, he and Mr. Gerard William sat down to talk and decided to withdraw the lawsuit.

"I affirm that I will not sue again to avoid negative information and bad things from happening again. This is the decision that I think is most appropriate to bring peace to both sides," he said.

During the past few days, Dam Vinh Hung has been contemplating and drawing conclusions. He sees everything that happens as a destiny in life, something that cannot be avoided.

The male singer admits that not every decision in life is 100% correct. Anger dominates him, causing him to make incorrect decisions that are completely contrary to his true self.

"With the unfortunate events that happened, I suffered too much damage, leading to anxiety and many negative issues. Therefore, I made decisions that were not really appropriate, making the situation more complicated and easily distorted," he explained.

The singer of Binh Minh Se Mang Em Di is aware of the noise that affects everyone, leading to a lot of negative information on social networks. However, he hopes that the audience will have a generous and positive view after everything.

"Please try to put yourself in my situation and position to sympathize and understand instead of condemning and ignoring this unhappy incident. Right now, we really need an apology to each other, to both Hung and Mr. Gerard William as well as the audience and my family," he said.

Previously, Dam Vinh Hung filed a lawsuit in the California Supreme Court, USA, in Orange County, against Mr. Gerard Richard Williams III, singer Bich Tuyen's husband.

In the lawsuit, the singer claimed that Mr. Gerard was irresponsible and did not inspect and maintain the construction items according to regulations, leading to the accident. As a result, he was seriously injured and had to have some of his toes amputated.

In February, Dam Vinh Hung announced that he had an accident during his tour in the US. The singer said that while performing a performance, he stepped up to a high position to interact with the audience. However, the area was not safe, and materials collapsed on his leg.

“The wound was quite deep so I was quickly taken to the hospital. The doctors gave me many stitches and it severely affected my ability to walk,” he said. According to Dam Vinh Hung, the doctors diagnosed that it would take him a month to recover and walk normally.
