The first Congress of the Party Committee of Hoa Bac Commune, Lam Dong Province, term 2025 - 2030 took place on the morning of July 24, with 105 party members representing party members in the entire Party Committee of the commune attending. Comrade K'Mak, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Lam Dong Province attended and directed the Congress.
Comrade Ho Si Huy, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Bac commune, said: The Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Hoa Bac commune focused on evaluating the results, clearly stating the limitations and lessons learned in the previous term, thereby proposing directions and solutions for the new term.
Accordingly, in the 2020-2025 term, local economic growth will reach 9-10%; production development will shift in the right direction; budget revenue will reach over 100 billion VND. High-quality coffee growing areas will be formed in the area; collective economy will develop, attracting many participants.
National target programs are given attention with an investment of over 138 billion VND, contributing to improving the quality and structure of infrastructure. The fields of health, education, culture, society, and poverty reduction are given attention; national defense, security, and social order are maintained.
The work of Party building, rectification, and leadership methods has been innovated, creating fundamental changes in organization, politics, and ideology. Democracy and the great national unity bloc have been consolidated and strongly promoted. The work of preventing corruption and negativity has received attention, meeting the people's trust.
Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council K'Mak acknowledged the achievements of the locality in the past 5 years; and affirmed: Hoa Bac is a remote commune; infrastructure, economy, and people's lives still face difficulties. However, the 1st Party Congress of the commune will open up great expectations for the new journey.
Comrade K'Mak emphasized: Given the available opportunities, foundations, and space, the locality needs to make good use of them to carry out its tasks. Immediately after the Congress, it is necessary to quickly stabilize the situation for operation; especially promote the spirit of solidarity within the Party and among the people, promote collective democracy, and turn challenges into new driving forces. Strengthen scientific leadership and direction, build a truly clean and strong Party; pay attention to effectively implementing the two-level government model, innovating management thinking, and ensuring public administration for the people.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council expressed his belief that in the new development space, new apparatus, new people, the Party Committee of Hoa Bac commune will unite, be democratic, rise up in the new era; comprehensively implement the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the Congress.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Hoa Bac Commune Party Congress set out 8 general target groups on Party building, strengthening the strong political system; identifying 18 socio-economic development targets; implementing 3 breakthroughs, 8 key projects. Continuing to innovate the growth model, economic structure with production value reaching 250 - 280 million VND/ha; budget revenue increasing by 10 to 15%/year, by the end of the term the revenue rate will be 1.5 times; average income per capita by 2030 will reach 100 million VND/year; reduce the poverty rate to 1%.
